Shakib, Mushfiqur in Bashar’s best XI

Sports Desk: Bangladeshi selector and former Skipper Habibul Bashar Sumon has revealed his best Test playing Squad. The former skipper, who has played 50 tests for Bangladesh has sorted the playing XI, with the players he played with. Bashar has picked current skipper Tamim Iqbal Khan and Javed Omar for the opening slot. The skipper thinks that Tamim’s relentless 13 year’s performance shows why he is one of the best. He also said that Tamim is that kind of player who is capable of playing any kind of delivery at any moment. On the other hand, the skipper who has led Bangladesh for 3 years has picked Javed Omar over Mehrab Hossain and Shahriar Hossain. For number three position, Bashar went up to Al Shahriar. Bashar thinks Shahriar could not give that much due to the impatience of the selectors. For Number Four position he did a surprise picking over Aminul Islam and former Skipper Mohammad Ashraful. He picked Mushfiqur Rahim over these duo. Mushfiqur Rahim was also picked as a Wicketkeeper for the XI. With no surprise, Bashar has picked one of the best all-rounders Shakib Al Hasan. Bashar Revealed that, Shakib was a part timer at the beginning but after a few years he has emerged as a regular face. He also advised Shakib to focus on batting a little bit more, for some more tons. Bashar picked Aminul Islam Bulbul, who scored 145 runs in the very first test match of Bangladesh, for number 6 position. He also scored a half centurie in the first ever visit in Zimbabwe. For number seven, he has picked Aftab Ahmed. He also mentioned about the premature departure of Aftab from cricket. For the bowling department Bashar has picked spin Wizard Mohammad Rafique. He has picked Mashrafee Bin Mortaza, Shahadat Hossain and Taposh Boissya for the pace attack.
