Today's SSC exam postponed

Wrong ICT questionnaire mars Tuesday's test in Jashore

News Desk Today's Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examination under all education boards has been postponed until March 2 as a portion of the questionnaire was mistakenly printed in that of Tuesday's exam on ICT subject. "The test of Career Education will be held from 2pm on March 2 on a new question paper," Prof Ziaul Haque, Chief of Inter-Education Board Coordination Subcommittee and Chairman of Dhaka Education Board, said Tuesday after the upset came to light. Earlier in the day, Information and Communication Technology examination under Jashore Education Board was postponed following print mistakes in the question paper. One part of the Career Education question paper was seen printed on the question paper of ICT, which marred the exam under the board and ultimately led to the rescheduling of the entire examination scheduled for today. In a previous question mix-up the examination on Bengali First Paper was held on an old questionnaire in several centres, worrying examinees and guardians. The education ministry assured of adjusting the markings so that students don't suffer. Inputs taken from agencies
