I always ask my clients three questions: what is your
current skincare routine? Is it worthy? and what are
your skincare goals? Starting a daily detoxification
routine has long term benefits in an increased
longevity. Detox program amazingly improve your
immune system, energy level, complexion and texture
of skin, weight loss, mental alertness, and overall
health condition. Our body needs total care through
diet and lifestyle as our bodies are being
contaminated by gene damaging chemicals, toxin, and
pollutants every single day. Commit yourself to 365
days detox routine. I have described some easy
methods of detox. Pick and choose the way you want.
Foods to include and foods to avoid in the plan:
Revive your body through antioxidant therapy,
antioxidants fight with free radicals and reduce
toxin level. Hydrogen is the most powerful
antioxidant, it is called fuel of life. Enrich your
meal plan with hydrogen containing food- like fresh,
raw food, good fat, and animal protein.
Preservatives, wrong cooking process may help to
reduce hydrogen levels in food. Try to prepare food
in a healthy way and save hydrogen. Its proven diet
high in processed or refined sugar, carbohydrates,
bad fat promotes toxin production in body. So say bye
bye to all processed food and commercial drink.
Cabbage, broccoli, beet, lemon, grapefruit, orange,
avocado, asparagus, garlic, ginger have shown just
how important these foods are to our health and
longevity. These natural wonders can also be secret
ingredients in your detox diet. We all got the
message about the benefits of eating Sunflower seeds,
lentil, chick peas, green peas, kidney beans, quinoa,
almond, walnuts, pine seeds, flax seeds. These tiny

vegetables and herb are the best ingredients for
detox drink. Mint, cucumber, aloe Vera, watermelon,

Add few slices of those to water and make your
refreshing drink. Edible flowers like rose, lavender,
are fantastic detoxifier. Apple cider vinegar speeds
up detoxification with its acetic acid, probiotics.

with Epsom and sea salt 3 times per week for 20
minutes can help clear toxins and dead cells from the
pores of your skin. Running, jogging, cycling, heat
yoga, swimming are all natural exercises which make
you sweating. Try your favourite exercises at least
five six days a week, so that you won't get bored.

This detoxifying process may sound daunting, what
could a dry brushing detox do for you? It is great
for the lymphatic system. Brush your body in a slow
circular motion, before shower. As metabolic end
products accumulate in body when we sleep, morning is
the best part of the day for this detoxifying

toxins with appropriate sunscreen.
Detoxing doesn't have to mean compromising your
skincare routine and with just a few tricks, it will
take a few weeks to notice the difference.
