Ronaldo gets off on wrong foot in Juventus training

Cristiano Ronaldo slipped up in a game of football tennis during training as he and partner Leonardo Bonucci lost to Paolo Dybala and Douglas Costa, reports The Daily Mail. The Juventus star has been settling into life in Italy and his new side have been enjoying some fun drills as they improve their fitness ahead of the new season. Football tennis is one of the games the squad have been playing but Ronaldo may not be the biggest fan after he was left blushing following some great skill from Dybala and Costa, leaving the forward bamboozled. The players pass the ball over an imaginary line while the opposition players must control it and send it back without it touching the floor. Ronaldo fired a header towards Costa but he was able to control it, before a magical piece of skill from Dybala who pulled off a scorpion-style kick back to his team-mate. Ronaldo was left unable to return Costa’s pass as the ball bounced away out of the court, marked by cones. Dybala and Costa cheered as they won, doing the famous take the ‘L’ dance from video game Fortnite as well as mocking Ronaldo by shouting ‘siiiiii’ as he does after scoring goals. However Ronaldo clearly didn’t take offence as he later posed with Dybala as the pair showed off their muscular phsyique’s. Juventus have been continuing their pre-season preparations ahead of the new season where they will attempt to win their eighth successive Serie A title, as well as challenge for the Champions League - with help from new £100million signing, Ronaldo. Juventus have also managed to reacquire Bonucci from AC Milan after his one-year spell and were able to fend off Real Madrid after they tried to lure manager, Massimiliano Allegri to the Bernabeu. Allegri said: ‘I said ‘no’ to Real Madrid because I made a commitment with the president. ‘Therefore, my maximum respect for Juventus and given word were why I rejected the call of Real Madrid, the biggest club in the world and the dream for every coach.’
