At the present juncture in India there has been serious dialogue going on all around the country that we must ensure sanctity of our judiciary. In this regard if we retrace back the golden pages of our history we find that equal judgment should be meted out to people of all religions, languages, castes and creed. Now we evince with utter dismay that Indian judiciary on completion of 70 years of Independence of India has become badly politicized which brings out a signal about the disarraying situation of the said department. Couples of month's back some of senior Supreme Court judges raised diatribe against chief justice of Supreme Court of India with the views that this noble institution should treated as sanctimonious instead of making it utterly corrosive. In this regard the moot point which strikes our mind that who is going to don the mantle to ensure sanctity of Independent India's judicial system. Now if we are compete in our judiciary we must follow the traditions of Western World so that our system becomes entirely transparent and apolitical oriented. That means whosoever commits crime in today's India should be given verdict by the legal luminaries on equal footing which elaborative speaking poorer sections if committing crimes should be punished, if the same is victimized then proper and transparent judgment should be meted out contrarily same treatment should be applied in the case of higher middle classes and also to the richer classes. This way sanctity to Indian judicial system which implies equal judgment to people of all sections of Indian societies also the same rules are also applied in the case of Bangladeshi judiciary as well as in other South Asian nations. Ensuring sanctity of Indian judiciary: Indian judiciary occupies a special position of pride and prestige among Indian societies. Whenever people of all walks of life commits crime or is victimized on account of heinous crimes committed by others then the common people as well as rational and analytical minded ones expects sanctity in Indian Judiciary. In this regard in most of the cases we find there is tremendous influence of politics then proper judgments by Indian Judiciary gets badly jolted rather the entire systems become badly disarrayed. So what is required badly at the present juncture is that the entire judiciary of India under the influence of our political fraternities should revamp themselves in such a manner that it draws certain glaring instances in front of the nation as well as to the people of other parts of the globe. How to ensure sanctity of Indian Judiciary? There are various ways and means available to us by which we can ensure sanctity of Indian Judiciary. Some of the common ones are stated as follow: We must pay our deepest reverence to all sections of the people based in India's different parts. Transparency should the forte of Indian Judiciary. Judiciary should not get cowed down to political pressures from all corners. Long standing legal disputes should be settled at the earliest. Human beings should be of positive bent of mind based all around India. Apolitical mentality should be abolished forever. Reasons for ensuring sanctity of Indian Judiciary: India is a vast nation with population figures touched to around 131 crores. Along with this massive population we find that there are people of diverse religions, languages and of different academic disciplines cum mental grooming dwell in her different parts. In this regard the need to ensure sanctity in Indian judiciary stands as of prime importance. In most of the situations in most parts of India we find that common citizens of the country are badly deprived of getting proper legal judgment rather they are left in a bewildering situation of what to do and what not. That is why if proper judgment is meted out to the common citizens then only sanctity in judicial processes can be easily and safely ensured. There are various reasons associated with regard to ensuring sanctity of Indian judiciary but among all the common ones are stated as follow: Development of our social and cultural ethos is possible if sanctity of Indian judicial system is ensured. It is for better investigation of any types of legal cases as well as to ease the burden of common citizens of India sanctity of Indian judiciary stands of prime importance.
