Two killed in Bhola road crash

BHOLA, Mar 13: Two people were killed and two others injured when a goods-laden truck rammed a human hauler in front of Banglabazar Polli Bidyut office here on Tuesday, reports UNB. The deceased were identified as Abdur Razzak, 20, son of Alamgir of Dakkhin Digholdi village and Shohagh, 18, son of Selim of Joynagar village in Sadar upazila. Quoting witnesses, police said the accident took place around 11 am when a Charfashion-bound goods-laden truck from Bhola hit a human hauler, leaving two killed on the spot and two others injured. The injured were taken to Bhola Sadar Hospital. BSS report adds: Two people were killed and another injured in a collision between a truck and auto rickshaw in Banglabazar area of Sadar upazila on Monday morning. The deceased were identified as auto rickshaw driver M Shohagh, 19, son of M Salim of Joynagar area under Daulatkhan upazila and its passenger M Razzak, 20, son of Alamgir, a resident of Digholia village under Sadar upazila of the district. Sub inspector of Banglabazar police camp Alauddin Shikder said the accident occurred when the two vehicles collided head-on in the area at about 11 am, leaving one dead on the spot and two others injured. The injured were sent to a local hospital where another succumbed to his injuries. A case was filed in this connection.
