KAMPS stands by Rohingya refugees

Kidney Awareness Monitoring and Prevention Society (KAMPS), a voluntary health care giving organization, for the second time in a month, distributed huge quantity of relief materials among the Rohingya refugees on Thursday at the Nila Camp, Teknaf, Cox's Bazar, says a press release. A 10 member team of doctors, technologists and volunteers, led by Managing Director of KAMPS Rezwan Salehin distributed relief materials and provided health care services to the sick and wounded Rohingya refugees almost daylong on Thursday. Besides, distributing relief materials, KAMPS volunteers also provided different type of medicines to the sick and wounded Rohingya refugees. KAMPS Managing Director also exchanged views with the local administration and public representatives over how to expedite the healthcare giving process so that severely sick and wounded patients can be saved. The relief materials, distributed by KAMPS include 2000 KGs of Chira, 700 KGs of molasses, 2000 packets of ORS, 2000 pieces of vitamin tablet Civet, biscuits, etc.
